Robert Frausto - President |
Robert brings to Solar Circle begin over 30 years of customer relations, construction and corporate experience. In 1979 Robert began a career in construction holding the position of assistant foreman in trades such as carpentry, plumbing and electrical. In 1983 Robert began a 27 year career with the county of San Diego. Robert has setup, operated and sold several California real estate investment LLC’s. Roberts’s retail experience includes owning four Supercuts franchises and a 7-11 franchise. Robert has been involved with virtually all aspects of the real estate trade to include the negotiation and acquisition of property, the rehabilitation of distressed property, and a previous owner of rental properties. Robert has also been involved with the construction of new home construction, to include custom home architectural design plans, the implementation of grading plans to the built out phase. |

Omar Sevilla - Chief Executive Officer |
Omar has over 30 years of sales, customer service, marketing and management experience. In 1976, Omar ran the sales and service segments for his family’s retail company Sevilla Electronic and TV. In 1980, Omar began a career with the auto industry, where he worked in the sales department and became a service advisor. He became one of the top sales person for the company, which lasted 23 years and managed 30 employees. In 2004, Omar began a career in real estate, he joined Century 21 Award and quickly excelled selling numerous homes both in the residential sector as well as the commercial. In late 2004, Omar along with two business partner opened a real estate investment corporation, a California LLC. Omar was President of sales and marketing and was instrumental in the identification, negotiation and purchase of numerous properties for the corporation. Omar also gained experience in the planning and permit process of local governments as it related to building permits.

David Puzo -Vice President of Business Development & Marketing

Mr. Puzo has been a pioneer in “green marketing” since the late 1980s. He established the marketing strategy for the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission’s Carpooling and Emission Reduction Initiative, Caltrans' Smart corridor and HOV lanes, Metrolink/Coaster and the State of California's Clean Fuel laboratories. As a chief marketing consultant for alternate transportation and fuels to Caltrans Headquarters he managed state-wide marketing for clean fuels, Earth Day and Rideshare Week. Mr. Puzo has introduced new technologies for SONY and launched both high-tech and green energy start-up companies in Massachusetts and California. Mr. Puzo is a speaker for the American Marketing Association and founder of the Small Business Marketing Group. |

CuMichael Stevens - Vice President of Design & Education |
Michael has an extensive background in solar and renewable energy systems, construction and design. Michaels’ experience includes construction management and supervision of industrial, commercial, and residential photovoltaic electric systems up to 1.2 MW. Michael has conducted more than 30 years of research, design, and development of renewable energy systems, including passive and active solar electric and HVAC, wind, geothermal, biomass, microhydro, and organic hydroponics, as applied to residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Mike is a founding member of Greater Cleveland Green Contractors and a member of Cleveland Entrepreneurs for Sustainability and has obtained a Bovis Lend Lease 18 hour construction Safety Passport. Michael has an extensive network of industry contacts and relationships with installers and contractors. Michael has also lead solar installation instruction programs for contractors in California. |

Art Conchas - Vice President of Contractor Sales |
Art brings to Solar Circle tremendous ability to produce sales along with well-developed network of contractors and solar installers. With a diverse background in the construction retail/wholesale, automotive, hospitality and computer technology industries. Through work as a special builder at Pella Windows and Doors, Art gained experience in the manufacturing and assembly of doors and windows, and gained experience in warehouse operations which included shipping and receiving. Through strong customer relationships Art is one of the leading producers for the Home Depots contractor’s desk. Art has received numerous awards as the number one top producer of yearly sales topping an impressive $2.5 million per year. Art has developed an extensive network of contractors and solar installers. |

Octavio Jiménez-Chávez Vice of President Supply Chain Operations & IT |
Octavio brings to Solar Circle an extensive business and managerial experience with multiple start-up electronic assembly and manufacturing companies in México. His expertise covers start-up and scale-up of operations; inventory control; production; technology infrastructure, and telecommunications networks. In 1997 Octavio managed a group of 25 employees running a 50,000 square foot warehouse, which housed over 10,000 individual part numbers with a value of over 4 million dollars; delivering domestically and exporting internationally to countries in South America; Canada; Europe and the Middle East. Certified in the US Census Bureau to comply with US export regulations; commodity classifications for shipment export declarations (SED’s). In 2002 Octavio was co-founder of Tecate Transformer, a magnetic component manufacturing and electronic assembly company. |

Hector Maldonado, CMP - Vice President of Retail Sales |
Hector has over 28 years of experience in the customer service and sales in the hospitality and rental industries including a variety of senior management positions managing more than 30 employees. During his 28 year career, Hector has won many awards and has become highly acclaimed for his ability to make complex systems work together within any budget. Hector has served on many industry associations and bureau boards and remains one of the most visible advocates for future technologies. |
